History of "Ideas
that Work"

this initiative)
The "Ideas that Work"
initiative was initially presented by Dr. Lauren
Scharff, Dr. John Davis, and Dr. Randall Osborne in
their Psi Chi Faculty Advisor Training Workshop at
SWPA in Memphis, 2005. Several student officers
from their institutions (Stephen F. Austin State
University and Texas State University) also
attended and shared their ideas. The workshop led
to an enthusiastic exchange of ideas, and all
present agreed that chapters across the nation
might benefit from an "Ideas that Work"
site.
